Best Danish Research Environment (2023, awarded by Det Unge Akademi to the Social Complexity Lab); DFF EliteForsk Senior Prize (2022); Columbus Prize (2021, co-recipient with the HOPE project on Denmark’s COVID-19 response); Best Paper Award at IC2S2 2018 at Northwestern University, for Evidence of Complex Contagion of Information in Social Media; Copenhagen Kongres & Event Award (2013, for organising NetSci 2013); Reinholdt W. Jorck’s Prize (2011).
